All of our consultations are held via Telehealth from the comfort of your own home. We utilise a trusted online dispensary to deliver your prescriptions directly to you door.

Your initial consultation is a 60-75 minute session where I will gather a comprehensive overview of your general health and delve into your health history to assist with identifying the underlying cause of your current presenting symptoms. At the end of the consultation, we will discuss your treatment options and decide on a plan of action together. You will receive a summary of your treatment plan via email within 48 hours. This treatment plan will outline your health goals, provide dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and include any herbal or supplement prescriptions and/or relevant testing that I recommend. I ask my clients to allow a budget of $60-$120 to purchase recommended supplementation and/or herbal medicine.

This consultation will take place generally 2-4 weeks after your initial consultation and will run for approximately 45 minutes. In this session, we will discuss your progress with your treatment plan and the results of any additional testing that you have undertaken. We will delve deeper into your current health presentation and fine-tune your treatment plan as changes begin to occur. A Follow Up consultation is the perfect opportunity for you to ask any questions you have about your treatment and to address any obstacles you may be facing in implementing your current treatment plan.
This consultation is ideal for the acute care and symptomatic management of conditions such as common cold/flu, increased periods of stress, and non-complicated UTIs. Please be aware that purchasing herbal medicines or supplements via my preferred online dispensary may result in a delay in treatment due to shipping times. For this reason, you may request to have a prescription provided which you may take to your local dispensary to be filled.

Have you had some pathology done by your G.P. and you're unsure what the results mean? Or you've been told your results are "fine", but you feel anything but fine? A Pathology Review is the perfect option for you as I will assess your results through a naturopathic lens, with optimal ranges in mind rather than the standard reference ranges.
Within 24 hours of booking, you will receive an email requesting your pathology results and/or instructions on how to obtain a request for pathology script via the online bulk-billed service Instant Scripts. Once you have forwarded your pathology results to me, you will receive a detailed report that will note any of your results that may be optimal, as well as include general suggestions for dietary/lifestyle changes and/or supplementation.

From time to time, functional testing may be necessary to investigate your presentation further. This will be recommended at my discretion and will be an additional cost to you. I will discuss any testing I recommend and provide you with all necessary information for you to make an informed decision. All associated costs will be disclosed to you prior to undertaking any testing.
